Spike: Heard what happened up top, offing your dad and all. Don't know if you know this, but, uh…I killed my mum. Actually, I'd already killed her, and then she tried to shag me, so I had to-- Wesley: Thank you. I'm…very comforted.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I made oatmeal this morning, did my laundry, and made Deerhoof ringtones for my iPhone. While I'm still motivated, I'll do a little more straightening up.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Iam not only up but just finished an exam and am now waiting for the lecture to begin. And then basketball game and grocery shopping. And maybe Ikea so we can get Emeline's room under control with some Swedish design.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I made oatmeal this morning

Oooooooatmeeeeeeeal!!!!!

I have no idea why I yodeled "oatmeal."

Also, you can cook it in the microwave, but it is SO MUCH BETTER on the stove. (I cook it in the microwave at work, because I'm not hungry until about 10:00.) Cooking it on the stove somehow cooks it but makes the oats maintain their individual oat integrity. Cooking in the microwave makes it one large gooey mass.

Hmm. Perhaps I will make some oatmeal.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I might have to jump on this oatmeal train.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I had a peanut butter and banana sandwich for breakfast, which always seems like a good idea (hearty! healthy!), until I finish eating it and remember it's too much sugar for me first thing.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

I'm up, at a speech tournament, have judged one round (impromptu) and waiting to judge a second round. Forgot to bring a book to read between rounds.

And, I have a peanut butter banana sandwich in my bag for lunch later.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

It's snowing again. 2 inches on the ground and 2 more predicted. I was prepared this time and I don't have to leave the house, and I have lots of stuff to do, yet I feel like sitting here in this chair all day.

Putting my hands in the air and waving them would be far too much effort for someone who really don't care.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I have been up, but am stil not dressed! I need to get up and go to the grocery store, but my cat is all warm and snuggly and purring.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I had a chocolate croissant and a potato ball and now I have to vacum the car, move the car seat and GO to acadeca competition. Sigh. Do Not Want.
