I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I found some of the good coffee. mwahahaha

I would like to go shopping instead of work today, preferrably with someone else's money. Anyone need a personal shopper for the day? I could also go for curling up on the couch and reading all day.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

What are the other internet laws/corollaries/adages besides Godwin? I'm blanking.

Internet rules and laws: the top 10, from Godwin to Poe

OK, I've heard "Rule 34," but not all of this:

Rule 34 States: “If it exists, there is porn of it.” See also Rule 35: “If no such porn exists, it will be made.” Generally held to refer to fictional characters and cartoons, although some formulations insist there are "no exceptions" even for abstract ideas like non-Euclidean geometry, or puzzlement.

There's non-Euclidean geometry porn? Uh-oh.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Thanks, tommy!

Our dogs rank in at 5 (Fenris the Beagle) and 50 (Thor the Akita). Both are shelter dogs, but the Beagle looks exactly like a Beagle. The Akita is more of a stretch, but Akita is the most dominant look.

I'm sure it exists, but it's hard to visualize.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

he always came off as phony to me. (friends blamed this on my being a Yankee)

Oh, no, honey. Lots of us Southerners smelled the bullshit on that one.

She comes off like a power hungry shrew.

I can't comment on the campaign trail, but my sister had contact with her as a high school student (the Edwards created a learning lab at the HS where their late son attended) and reported her as very sweet but stern.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Generally held to refer to fictional characters and cartoons, although some formulations insist there are "no exceptions" even for abstract ideas like non-Euclidean geometry, or puzzlement.

Now I'm imagining new and exciting uses for moebius strips.

I think I want this t-shirt:

It’s A Trap! Admiral Ackbar by Matt Leyen

The “It’s A Trap!” t-shirt by Matt Leyen on Shirt.Woot tells the real story behind that famous phrase by Admiral Ackbar in Return of the Jedi.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I heard Mark Halperin on the radio recently, and he was saying that being on the campaign trail with the Edwardses and the McCains made the Clintons seem like a really happy and functional couple.... Like, they would be late for events because they were having screaming fights back at the hotel.
