Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

cheese and crunch

taste great together!

Fried cheese with cheese filling: chupaqueso.

Screw the BMI. Cheese is good for you.

edit to fix a tag. although in reality, the cheese tag never does close.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Any Spanish-speaking people who can translate this? Babelfish is giving me a few words weirdly.

Gracias.

Not risking my digestive tract on that, as cheesoriffic as it is. Glorious lactose intolerance or something. Maybe grease intolerance. Aversion therapy is great for corralling craving, let me tell you.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Chupacabra?!? I thought that was only a myth!!!

Oh, it's a myth alright. A myth... con queso!

Only the cheese is real. It wears the chupacabra.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Hil, a combination of my rusty Spanish and Google Translate gives me this:

Down syndrome is not a disease. People with Down syndrome do not want to be medicated, they only want to be accepted and treated like everyone else! 93% of my contacts will not copy this message. I hope that you who are reading now will want to be part of the remaining 7% which will put this message on your wall for an hour at least ... Thank you.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

Sophia - as a former stage manager, it is not at all out of line to make it clear what your title actually should be, and insist that it be fixed. I recall having shows where i was up to v. 9 of the contact sheet before the show was even cast because all of the creative staff kept changing their titles. You can be nice and couch it as an "update", especially if the SM is very inexperienced. He most likely just changed the names and numbers on an old template where the situation was different.

eta: especially important to make the point now before the program is created based on the contact sheet and sent to press without you ever seeing the proof. I've seen it happen.

hip deep in pie

As another former stage manager, it's also unacceptable that he left you out of the emails about production meetings. If he's a student, you should mention that to his supervising teacher, it's a big mistake and he needs to know how important it is.

Our wings are not tired.

Mmmm, cheese.

Obama's relaxed and smiling style last night was enjoyable. Wow on the slam to the court. And no one had to hold me back from throwing stuff at the tv! That's a big change from recent year's state of the union addresses.

I was amused this morning listening to my son lecturing his friend about not watching last night. It's important, yo.

The continued Edwards news is just way more bizarre than I could have imagined. I know a lot of people that supported him, but he always came off as phony to me. (friends blamed this on my being a Yankee) Never did I imagine the reality though. So grateful that we didn't go that way.

Guess I should get dressed and go to the office. Don't wanna.
