I get cabin fever when told I might be stuck, so you have my sympathies, Liese.

Johns Hopkins is collecting crutches. This kills me because I know it isn't short term need, it's long. Hell.

FTR, making oatmeal with cider instead of water? FTW! Dinner was lazy, but good.

Just finished with Project Runway. I love Ping and can believe that she wasn't eliminated because she's good TV and she IS interesting in terms of her point of view. The person who should be gone? Jesus!

I know all over the internets, people must be outraged because Ping did send an assbaring model out but, really.... Jesus is just tacky!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I just had to turn on the heat.

Hate that.

Oh joy, I have a mouse. Though I guess it's better than the alternative of the rustling noises I've been hearing since last night being made by a bug of some sort.

I guess I'll see if I can borrow my cousin's humane mousetrap tomorrow.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I`m a homebody, so I`m good with a certain amount of house time. But I have passed my limit. However, one of my friends has seven kids and had twelve hours of no power. So her cabin fever surpasses mine.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I have been watching Project Runway and now Private Practice. I feel so in synch with Natter.

Agree with Kat on PR. The ass-baring was a pretty big thing to get a pass on, though.

Hope you get out of the house soon, Liese, and that your friend doesn't have to do that again, at the very least.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't have any books about elephants.

I don't have any books about elephants.
