What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Finished my book and still have half an hour of waiting plus the ride homem hate it when that happens.

That's annoying. Sometimes I bring a back-up book.

I am trying to work through as many tbr pile books as I can before the move. At least this means I get to start a new book on sunday, so looking through books gets to be part of tomorrow.

This afternoon, I filed a bug that made engineering flip out like a mammal. I think that means I get to go home early.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I've been playing the bug version of whack-a-mole all day today....

What are people doing this weekend?

I need to get catfood from the vet tomorrow and mac and I will go out for lunch, but nothing else planned. I should probably take some more things off the walls in prep for painting.

Sun will be church and then when mac goes with his uncle I need to get more paint samples.

What are people doing this weekend?

What a coincidence. I just wrote the answer to that question in an e-mail!

Tomorrow I have to go to Target and return a sleeping bag because I never used it. Then I have to go to Ikea and replace my neighbor's pot and buy a big pot for myself for future chili. Then I'm giving a friend the Mission Tour. Then I'm visiting my aunt and uncle in Belmont. Sunday is the first readthrough of the play, which should be a lot of fun.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I have a friend's birthday dinner tomorrow. Sunday I'll probably go out to dinner at one of the restaurants giving a cut to Haiti relief orgs. Aside from that, ground school homework and reading for fun.

Perhaps I will look for a coffee table. Because I need a coffee table. And shelves. And a duck.

Wait, I don't think I need all those things....

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I hate filing bugs. Our developers all have puppy dog eyes.

What are people doing this weekend?

No idea. Probably cooking a whole bunch, watching Chak De! India if it arrives from Netflix, and reading some Anne Brontë.
