I am in the ATL airport! It's hot. Not in the airport, natch, but I could tell it's hot outside on the walk up the jetway. I have 2 hours to wait for my little Cessna home to the AHN (which is Athens, what a dumb call sign.) I'll wave to Ginger as I fly over, look for me!
It was so wonderful to see everyone who was able to come last night, and javachick gets EXTRA SUPER POINTS for being chipper when I woke her up at 4:30 after she'd had only 2 hours of sleep.
I had a nice vacation; I don't want to go to work tomorrow.
Another few days of waiting for a blower motor to come for my A/C and I'll invite the zombies in.
They won't add to the ambient heat, at least.

I left work early to get mac from school. I've decided that it's just better for everyone if there are 2 of us with him and this way I can give him 30 min of one on one play time before handing off to the sitter, then I go back to work remotely.
This will be the plan I talk to my boss about, today i just did it without approval.
It's been mostly ok, he did just get mad at me and stomp off because I told him to do homework for 15 min instead of just saying do this one bit of homework. he has to negotiate everything and try to do the least amount of work possible.
ION, I GOT AN OFFER ON THE HOUSE. It was too low, so I have countered, but hope hope hope she takes the counter or at least comes back with something more acceptable.
