I had a lovely Hecubus-made whiskey sour and a great meal with nice people, and got to show off my new shoes (bought for a gala on Wednesday).
And then I came home to my house with a fucked-up sink and filthy kitchen floor (filthy because I replaced the sink sprayer yesterday and fucked up the sink faucet, and got crap all over the floor). Why is it Monday?

Krispy Kreme did make cinnamon and powdered sugar cake doughnuts, do they not anymore? I actually prefer those to the glazed, as well.
so, I am meeting with HR in 40 minutes and I kinda need "let there be a solution and for people to keep it quiet vibes". I'm not doing so great and I am hoping I do not have to leave my job earlier than planned.

I got two hours. I planned to drop Flea off and come back and sleep, but that didn't happen. Now am on a work-related webinar, and just found out that I have a call with the FDA this morning. This is going to be a looooooong day.
But it was so worth it; last night was a blast. It was exactly the kind of get-together that I love.
