I think in some states they might not be able to take mattresses.

We've been having our roof and gutters repaired (damage from the big snowstorms) and last night's gullywashers caused leaks in our kitchen and bedroom. The roofers are being very responsive (so far) but I'm annoyed by the fact that I now have to find an electrician to tell me everything is safe, and someone to replace our bedroom ceiling. Oi.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Check out this old ad: Dad REALLY likes the razor, I mean, SQUEE

No man should be that happy getting an electric razor. Sorry, kids - your daddy is insane.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I was gonna say earlier but got distracted. Any clothing you like is worth altering (of course depending on how much alterations cost), no matter how much it originally cost. Also, many dresses can be sucessfully "fake altered" by adding one of these [link] in the small of the back, or with large safety pins creating darts.

Baroque Star Wars

Boing Boing sez:

"Swedish artist Mattias Adolfosson has a rather fantastic gallery of Baroque Star Wars. Star Wars as is it could have looked in the 17th century."

They're all pretty awesome. Jabba in a powdered wig? Genius!

Heh. Too late for this year, they've moved out. But hey, if she's around for the summer and needs stuff, tell her to go to Tar Heel Treasure on Saturday. [link]

I've done some creative alterations already. The fabric it's made of wouldn't stand up well to real sewing though, I love it, but it is very much a costco dress.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I did see it, and quite liked it. Especially Garcia and her time with Morgan, even when he didn't quite get it. Unsub of the week worked for me too.

I think I managed to pull of reasonably competent at my 9 am meeting. Though I may have been the voice of doom. It's my super special role in this group.

The Morgan and Garcia bits were awesome. It was nice to see NB again too. I wonder if this was filmed before or after his problems with the law.
