I should spend this week making casseroles and the like for when Grace comes home (7 days!!).

It has made me aware of how I overbuy some things (brown sugar, chocolate chips, and tea, I am looking at you!) Also makes me aware of stuff I should be eating more, like the Almond Butter! OMG so yum and filling and easy to keep at work for fast lunch or snack.
