Don't you love Buffistas? We know somebody everywhere.
So totally true. Every time I am getting ready to travel somewhere, my boss will ask me which "Buffy person" I will be meeting. I told her about my funny medley evening with Sparky and Maria and she laughed and laughed.
I'm excited; tonight I am going to the Giants game- they're having a special "TweetUp" party and I am going to meet a lot of the cool peeps that I commiserate with about sports. Best part is that I am going to the party but then sitting in the fantastic season tickets of my friend Joan. I was too nervous about sitting with all the TweetUp people in the official section; I'm shy! (and also, they're crappy seats, heh!)

OMG, that's great..what if they found one?
The note at the end is the best.
Also, VERY tired today. I blame Cass and ita. I stayed up until 3:30 watching the last few eps of Kidnapped.
I think they'd be disappointed in the math tutoring department.

I showed that to my boss (who's Jewish). He didn't know what a Golem was!
Hahaha. I love that.
In news apropos of nothing, I think
Parenthood
may be giving me an existential crisis. I really am liking that show. I like the depiction of their struggles and their search for identity. I am feeling all "search for identity" myself these days, what with inadvertently trying to represent myself to the roommate/intern and all.
Even I know what a Golem is. Granted, I learned it by watching television.
No prehensile tail. It's hard enough to keep up with all the ragged hems and shed buttons; I'm not altering all your pants.
Easy solution: no pants!
Liese, I think you've responded to my Facebook comments on that show, right? It's a revelation. So MUCH better than I ever expected, with that premise. The acting and writing is so much above what the "family drama" material usually results in. It's sublime.
