Why not go with '...help us serve you better' it's like someone Google translated the sentence from english to corporate-speak.
How else is the newly graduated Public Relations drone going to prove they deserve the job?
In the box that says "Do you have any other comments," I told them that actionable means "will get you into legal trouble" and that they might want to reword their puff text.
I mean, I get really liking bands, but I need to remember it's not all about RPS.
Since there's no canon per se, the fic is ... well, RPS. But I like the music!
Oh- I love Northern Downpour, too. I would have never, ever gotten into bandom if I didn't love Panic's second album so much. Of course, the fact that I like it as a 36 year old may explain why it was less popular with the target audience.
I have never actually been to the Waterloo mall, although I have driven past it! Actually one summer, I drove from Rochester to Syracuse about once a week, but I am no longer young and stupid.
Since there's no canon per se
Well, there is onstage kissing canon. Everything else is debateable.
Well, there is onstage kissing canon.
Right! And their public/stage personae.
Of course, the fact that I like it as a 36 year old may explain why it was less popular with the target audience.
I love the second album completely, but I do love the first one, too. What surprises me is how hard I fell for Fall Out Boy.
Since there's no canon per se, the fic is ... well, RPS
But it doesn't have to be, does it? No, I'll never understand. I don't even do RPF. To each their own.
What surprises me is how hard I fell for Fall Out Boy.
I am surprised by that, too. Actually, I didn't really even like popular music from my own era-- I was much more of a Joni Mitchell/Judy Collins kind of girl. But the lyrics and the music go together so well. And Pete Wentz is a poet. And Patrick is really, really good. And Joe Trohman is good and seems like a nice, real, funny guy. And Andy, is, well, kind of annoying.
But it doesn't have to be, does it?
Well, in not!RPF, writers are exploring the characters. Since there are no "characters" most writers simply RPF/S. But some people do hysterical AUs, like Panic! as kittens, or FOB and MCR as the staff and cast of a children's show.
MCR is my favorite of the bandom bands, hands down. I like FOB, don't like PatD, although I should probably give their second album a listen if it's not as repetitive as, say "I Write Sins Not Tragedies." Too much repetition drives me bugfuck nuts, which is why I have trouble with JT and Usher (well, I go way back with Usher, but that's another topic).
