Do Star Trek and Star Wars have good gender balances? What gets me about Twilight is the TwiMoms, really. Also, the fact that NOBODY is supposed to like it, ergo everyone's crazy. Whereas you're allowed to like some Trek and some Star Wars. And all LotR.
Firefly fans got heavy points in the IO9 discussion because they got Serenity made. Nobody tell Allyson. I think they (uh, we?) should get heavy points just for that rep. It's pretty badass.
