But that's just my point! You she obeys! She obeys you! There's obeying going on right under my nose!

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

So who is this Amanda Palmer?

This should be an interesting xpost. Amanda Palmer is a singer/songwriter/musician formerly one half of The Dresden Dolls, now out on her own. Her website is here: [link]

She recently put out a book called "Who Killed Amanda Palmer" which was a companion book to her album of the same name. The book featured a variety of corpse-pose photographs of Amanda, song lyrics, and short vignettes by Neil Gaiman, which is how they met. [link]

She started off as a performance artist known as "The 8 Ft. Bride," in Boston I believe? She's known for her dramatic performances, incisive lyrics, and haunting music. She's also known for not being shy about her body or life experiences, as one can tell from her GG red carpet antics.

She also writes an interesting blog about her experiences as an artist. [link]

She has a passionate legion of fans, of which I am one, and they know her as AFP, or Amanda F**king Palmer. That sobriquet is on her website and some of her merch.

Art Crawl!!!

I know - they all seem to be off the air. (Although, if you go to the Cavalier King Charles puppy cam you can see a Siamese cat in the crate in the background - makes me wonder if those people don't have kittens too.)

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

From AFP's GG twitter feed:

i changed because i'd changed once & the photographers requested i put the NAKED DRESS BACK ON. so i did

Ah. That sort of explains it. Of course, she didn't have to oblige but I'm sure she was more than happy to.

From the same feed: [link] The GG bathroom scene - look! Jenna Fischer!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I am now the proud owner of a $5.99 umbrella that already feels like it's on its last legs and two wet and cold feet. And a Chipotle carnitas bowl which was supposed to be a Chipotle steak bowl but I had a brainfart.

Tasty, but same-old.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I don't think it ever started raining here, hope it stays that way until I am home.

Boss is off safely and I need to get busy on some of the other work on my desk now. Still tired.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Seems like TJs made the mistake in the first place, refuses to replace the sign...

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

The Manhattan store has fewer on the printed signs, as far as I remember.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

At mine, one lane says "Fewer" and one says "Less."

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

The one in Brooklyn (as referenced in the above post) said "fewer", but they've recently ditched the express line altogether.
