In today's Ellen show news, she has this little kid singer on, and he's hilarious. He's not even a great singer! Just a little kid GOING FOR IT.

I'll happily take them, lisah. Thanks!

I'll post on my fb because I have a bunch of yoga-affiliated friends. I've been loving the Yoga Journal's podcasts lately just to listen to as I work. Very soothing even if I'm not getting the benefits of actually doing the yoga.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

That's terrific, lisah!

Why not donate it?

Or donate it to Mythbusters for the two-fer!

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Oh, Amy! I don't know much about good yoga dvds but I can ask my yoga teacher friend for some recs.

I like PM Yoga with Patricia Walden (it often comes bundled with AM Yoga with Rodney Yee; I don't have that one, so I can't comment on its quality).
