We went to Target today and MAC DID NOT MELT DOWN! He used up gift cards he was given and I used up one of mine too. I got a Liberty lampshape and pillow cover! Whoot!
Now I am TRYING to get Mac to meet me halfway with cleaning up the livingroom that is cluttered with his toys and crap. I have done my half. he is dawdling and I am going to LOSE MY SHIT!

Man, I forgot that I had pine nuts and some fresh basil until I started cooking. My dinner is kind of fantastic.
I love the skylight in the bathroom during storms. Yeah, it's loud, but it's such a cheerful sound. Plus fun to see the room light up with lightning.

Oh man, my neighbor Brian's porch roof is leaking VERY badly right now. He's the one who had a waterfall inside during the snowpocalypsageddon. I think he has serious roof issues (my water came through the mortar, no way in hell his was anything but a roof leak given the volume.) I don't think he's home right now, either.
