At least one of my skatescene friends says its common knowledge that Scott Hamilton is a closet-case who dated dudes for years until he found Jezis and married a chick.
Now he is so FAMILY FRIENDLY! in his commentary that he (somewhat ironically) fucks Johnny Weir with his coverage.
Which makes me sad as I always loved Scotty. I initially resisted the analysis but watching a bunch of videos of him commentating has me agreeing with her conclusion.
I'm pretty sure I get some of the credit for pushing people to watch Kidnapped. If calling Timothy Hutton a sexy bitch counts.

They were rejected by their parents so the zookeepers are raising them.
Totally counts, Dana!
Javachik (and others)--we need to plan Dim sum at some point.
Argh! Diabetic cat is acting lethargic and I gave him some corn syrup and that didn't help and I can't get anyone on the phone to tell me if it's okay to just keep an eye on him until his regular vet opens in the morning and, most importantly, if I do that whether I should give him his meds tonight or not! They all say I would have to bring him in to be able to tell what to do. I don't want to bring him to a new place which will stress him and me out if I don't have to. But no one will just answer my questions over the phone!
I don't know, Lisah. My diabetic cat was fine with insulin, until he just got old, losing teeth and started failing. (He was 16.)
I found this; don't know if it will answer your need completely. [link]
Lovely pics Erin! I think I have to take one to a hairdresser to get my hair cut in the style I want!
I don't know about your cat, lisah, I am sorry.
I do want to be a foster mom to white tiger cubs! How do I get that job?

Yeah, he's almost 15 and has lost all his fangs in the last year or so. His last insulin stopped working for him (and the company is discontinuing it anyway) and he switched to a new kind on Friday evening (Glargine, which is a synthetic insulin) and I'm wondering if he's just not reacting well to that. I think I'll just keep an eye on him tonight and not give him his shot (because it would be worse if his blood sugar got too low rather than too high) and call his vet first thing when they open tomorrow. Hopefully he'll eat his dinner and that will make him feel better.
