I hate to break it to you, oh impotent one, but you're not the big bad anymore, you're not even the kind of naughty.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Who's going to take the blame for me watching the entire freaking series of "Kidnapped" tonight?

ita.

At least it's why I mainlined the entire series in about two days. Then thanked her because it was brilliant.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

With vegetables, do I just need a roasting pan or do I need a rack, too?

When I make the broccoli thing, I just use a cookie sheet. However, I am not a good cook, so there is probably a more-appropriate way to roast veggies.

Our wings are not tired.

Thanks, Cass! I thought it was ita but then worried I was misremembering. It's BRILLIANT. I am just hoping it holds up for all of the eps.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I use a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, because I hate cleaning the roasted on extra garlic or whatever. Possibly a rack would make his easier.

A cookie sheet does fine. But I tell you, no matter what I put in these things, it tastes splendid. Yeah, they're pricy, but they last forever and pay for themselves within weeks if you actually use them instead of eating out 1x fewer a week.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Need to watch Kidnapped.

For multiple reasons I try to minimize the amount of wheat I consume, and as a ploy to introduce vegetables however I can, I use raw zucchini and young, tender yellow squash coins and carrot and celery sticks, turnip hearts cut into sticks or slices and other random vegetables instead of crackers to eat hummus. Works pretty well.

“Not dead yet!”

I am watching a Brian Boitano cooking show on the Food Network and wondering how there could ever have been any doubt about his orientation.

I have no idea how anyone could have thought otherwise, honestly. I wonder if it was because physique-wise, he was so much bigger than most of the male skaters of his era, plus being considered a much better technician than artist, that it gave him something of a "butch" air to those who watched skating casually.

Oh you so do. It's brilliant (and canceled) .

...as are so many of our favorite shows.

I'm getting the pig!

I googled Kidnapped but I still don't remember it ever being advertised on tv. Huh. But it has Jeremy Sisto in it and I just started watching Six Feet Under. We're nearing the end of season 2 and it's so cool to know that I have a ton of episodes still waiting for me. They're just waiting for me to watch them. So cool.

Thanks for the roasting advice! I'll start with a cookie sheet just to make sure I keep up the habit of more veggies before plopping down cash for something new.
