ita, you should be able to sub plain yogurt for any recipe that calls for sour cream. I usually use it instead of the messed around with low fat sour creams.
I don't get the wearing shoes thing. Shoes are for outside. If I need to wear shoes inside I haven't vacuumed in way too long.

Yeah, I shoulda just used sour cream. But for some reason, Cook's Illustrated makes me more reluctant to substitute. Except to reduce sugar. That will be down by 1/3.

Ok, am done for the night. House is clean, front swept, lunch made, figured out where the onion smell was coming from: apparently all the cooking last night at friend's imbued my bra with a lovely onion smell. Ack.
