I bought a single-serving blender. [link] This is possibly the greatest invention ever. Some frozen fruit and coconut kefir in the cup, put it all together (which takes about five seconds), let it blend for a minute or so, and I've got a smoothie, which I can drink out of that same cup, with the sippy lid that comes with it. Way better than my old system of pouring stuff from the blending container to the drinking container, which always ended up with some spilling. And way fewer parts to clean, too.
