Our wings are not tired.

Newspaper comments seem to be particularly bad. There's a weird dynamic on SF Gate where the stories are all about life in San Francisco and the comments are all right wing conservatives from the suburbs.

And how every single person in Oakland is scum and deserves death immediately.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

People really need to stop questioning the overall rationale of the big project I've been working on for weeks. It's due Thursday! It's too late! Give me specific ideas of what to do, or stay out of it!

OK, I'm done.

Tonight I really need to try and list some large items for sale. So far all I've managed to list is books.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I got a container of coconut milk kefir at Whole Foods today. It's really good. I think I'm going to start using it in smoothies. (And, of course, I just saw a blog post about how to make it from coconut milk and kefir grains, which would probably be healthier than the commercial kind that has stabilizers added, but this is healthy enough for now. Sometime when I have actual free time and free space in my kitchen for it to ferment, then I'll make it homemade.)

Someone had asked how big my pantry is. Well, I have a full-sized fridge that I use as a pantry and then about 6 linear feet of shelf space that also holds dry/canned goods.

How many people have the option to fly without bags, though?

I think that there are a few companies that specialize in shipping luggage for travelers, with door-to-door service. I don't think they're cheaper than the airline fees, of course, but at least you get some actual service for your money.

Of course, I suspect these companies are secretly owned by the airlines...

Someone had asked how big my pantry is.

Do they know they are looking at a reasonably-priced apartment in New York City? Just sayin.
