One of my coworkers is driving me nuts. She's going behind my back and doing things to the website that people are bitching to me about. Which is bad enough, but she's also not doing things that she's supposed to get done, which people are also coming to me to bitch about. She's not my subordinate! I have no control over what she does and doesn't do!
