Am I supposed to be changing my clothes a lot? Is that the helpful thing to do?

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Happy Beth B-Day!!!

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Happy Birthday beth!

My birthday was yesterday. As birthdays go, it was one. Nothing bad, but nothing spectacular. Ah, well...

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Happy belated, Sheryl!

BREAKING: Some gays enjoy comics, dressing up.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

That same year, he wrote “Out of the Closet and Into the Comics,” an article for Amazing Heroes, a magazine that covered the comic book industry.

I used to be the editor of that magazine.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I wonder if anyone dressed as Rage from QaF.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Pretty cool piece at IO9 about The 10 weirdest urban ecosystems on earth.

Some of those are like cyberpunk wet dreams. Metro dogs and battleship islands.

Happy Birthday to Beth!

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Some 90 percent of the world's "subsurface office space" is in Kansas City, in tunnels carved out by limestone miners, including 55 businesses in SubTropolis.

That's where Kansas City Rep's prop storage is. They have a pretty amazing collection of stuff there, all amazingly well organized and cataloged. The tunnels are all large enough for semi trucks to easily navigate.

hip deep in pie

Happy Birthday Beth! Happy Belated Sheryl.

It's stopped snowing, but it's still miserable and rainy. I just got back from a local craft show. I bought a tiny handmade book pendant from someone I went to library school with. Comme ca: [link]

I just bought ground turkey to make meatballs for spaghetti sauce. Mmmmm...

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Belated Birthday Feliciations, Sheryl. May there be an unexpected celebration sometime soon!

Barb is a fantastic hostess. H was actually social! It was a minor miracle.

Good news about Grace's preschool!

And, oh dear, if I'd only known. We recycled several of those spice jars when we moved. They'd been washed, de-labeled and reused for spices bought from bulk. A lot of spice and herb jars now have flip up tops, which always confuse me and end with me unscrewing the lid and dumping half the jar's contents into whatever I'm preparing. I really like the twist-off cap and the sprinkler insert, which is why we were reusing those bottles. I hope you find sufficient for your needs, msbelle.
