Oh, wow. This place looks great. Oh, I feel like a witch in a magic shop.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Overstate much, Leo?

Do you not have the Buffista cookbook?

The what now?

Skipping way ahead to address this.

The awesome Buffistas Cookbook available here in shiny printed form or as a free download.

I actually sent my extra copy home with my sister after Christmas this year and she called to tell me the other day she's made like four things already. And wanted to pass on kudos to the owner of the mashed potato soup, which I think was maybe VW?

Because books.

that piano suite from Layla, I want that in my wedding.

Oh, that's an excellent idea.

I love Scorsese, but having what amounted to a commercial for Shutter Island, which isn't out yet, at the end of the reel was a little much.

How is Julia Roberts sitting next to Paul McCartney? That seems odd.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm so far behind in watching! But: I love both Meryl Streep and Drew Barrymore, and would like to hang out with each of them.

hip deep in pie

I love Scorcese's passion for film preservation.

Cool! dcp sent me the PDF. Chicken à la Polter-Cow is in there! Aw. Thanks for the link. I want to get the shiny printed form at some point. Who did all the art? Was it Pete? I love it.

That was cheesy. Not a classic.

I do not think I would get along with Drew Barrymore.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I totally forgot the GGs were on. I am so out of it. Went to a funeral this weekend for a family friend (he was my parents' generation, not mine) and it's kind of shifted my worldview for the nonce. Plus the rain. All very introspective.
