I think almonds have mangnesium, and I *think* I remember reading that sometimes when people crave chocolate, their magnesium is low.
Or possibly I'm full of crap.
t edit No, a brief Google tells me I am not full of crap, that sometimes chocolate cravings are a sign of low magnesium, and almonds are high in magnesium. So maybe that's it. You have a finely calibrated magnesium scale in your brain. Or somewhere.
