This morning I took Kelly to the airport, picked up a stomach flu CJ from his dads, and got home to a call from the girl that her flight is delayed. Not only is it delayed, but they are looking for folks willing to take a later flight for $200.
She actually ended up with a $309 credit and her dad is picking her up and bringing her here...then back to the airport at 5pm. CJ has been asleep since we got home, so he has no idea all this is going on. He will probably think he is hallucinating when he wakes up.
And I am bummed because it means no birthday lunch with Kelly, but I am still going to pick her up tonight and take her to her car in Alameda. Waaaaaaaaaaaaah, she's going to be too tired to visit and I wanted some Kelly time!!
(Suzi, does she have to drive all the way up to RP tonight or is she staying in Alameda?)
Oh, I'm so glad you will still connect a bit tonight. I don't know her plan for the night - they haven't made it back here from the airport yet.
I know she is happy with the idea of using the airfare credit to visit her man sometime over the summer.
Has anybody looked at the Ford Fusion hybrid?
I don't think it's any less expensive than a 2010 Prius. There's the Honda Civic hybrid that would probably cost less, but I have my doubts about it fitting Mr. flea.
Kelly and KCD are here. Kelly does need to get up to RH tonight. She has an 8am class. I fed them both lunch and KCD isn't leaving. I'm watching RuPaul's Drag Race on Logo. You would think he run screaming.
Yeah, we texted earlier. I am bummed to not get much time with her, but I will get her to her car safely. She's gonna be tired!
