That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Oh, Callaluna...that's not good. I'm glad the wee one is doing well and I can't wait to see a pic when I get home.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Much ~ma headed Belgium-wards.

I want these sandals and they would only be $35 + shipping b/c I have an online coupon. [link] But I don't NEED them in any sense. Except that I have no flat brown sandals. But I'm trying not to buy shit. But I want them.

Aren't you glad I shared?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ugh, poor CV.

Most of my books came in at the library! Yay! They are all hardcover. Boo!

Poor CV.

I am trying not to freak. I am also not accomplishing anything work-wise. Argh. Have been calling mortgage people (who kept insisting they didn't have proof I had homeowner's insurance), insurance people (who kept insisting I had insurance), cable company (who may not serve my new house), other cable company (who may suck, but since I'd be a new customer, might give a better deal than current cable company), trying to get free boxes off Craigslist, trying to pack a few of the ones I already got, ....do a little work....

Now tagless for your comfort.

Poor CV! The same thing happened to my MiL and it is a nightmare to recover from. The baby seems to be thriving and is all kinds of adorable (not surprising in the least.)

Alan Grayson reported that doctor. I'm...sure it's been handled. No word on whether he actually said "You're supposed to *treat* dicks, not be one," or if I just made that up. But in my head, he totally did.

I went through something similar after having CJ. My dear mother did the twice daily care and I had a home nurse once a week. I remember basically living in the recliner and moving as little as possible. Mom and KCD handled diaper duty and all the household stuff.

Oy, poor CV. Much -ma for her.

My SIL was due on Tuesday. My brother (her husband) had ankle surgery a few months ago and he had a relapse so he's back in a cast for another four weeks. And their toddler sprained his ankle last week.

So there isn't a member of the family who can pick up something from the floor, except the dogs. Oy.

ION, the realtor seemed pretty enthusiastic about my house, and thinks I could get *rather more* than I thought I could, although I would have to replace the roof and do a bunch more small jobs around the house. Oy for my finances.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Here's a big mistake. I took mona to the groomers, which is next to the nail place, so we both had our spa day (how very LA, right?).

There's a new shelter on the other side of the groomers, and I went in to make a donation and scratch some ears. Of course, as soon as I made the donation, the manager of the shelter said, "would you like to play with the new kittens in the back?"

Why yes, nice shelter manager. Yes I would.

So I sat on the floor and played with a newly weaned litter of kittens. The bravest I named Galileo.

But because I love Ruby and Mona, I did not take him home.

I have two pets, and if they got sick, this is what I could afford in vet costs. Another kitty wouldn't be fair. And besides, Ruby might not get along with Galileo. Mona definitely would take umbrage.

BUT CUTEY KITTY! Damn. Stupid.
