Kaylee: So how many fell madly in love with you and wanted to take you away from all this? Inara: Just the one. I think I'm slipping.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I have been on a pretty strict diet for the teevee thang and have lost about 14lbs. They start filming on Thursday, and I don't know what I am more excited about, having a new yard or being able to eat french fries.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

having a new yard or being able to eat french fries.

Soon you can have both.

(For the record, your eyes and laugh don't change with your weight so you always look super Scrappy hot to me.)

Well done, Jilli.

You can eat french fries IN your new yard. It'll be awesome.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Okay, being awake now is crazy. I don't usually wake up for another couple hours.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Ugh. I love traveling and flying and so on. Why do I always have insomnia the night before I travel?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Timelies. Finally caught up here after a (lovely) weekend in Maine. I couldn't have picked a better weekend if I'd tried, so that was good.

I can't remember all the -ma and such that I should send, but consider it vibed.

One thing I do know is that I'm very sorry to hear that Allyson's book wasn't picked up. I will definitely be looking out for it if it goes the self-publishing route.

And now to work.

Trying to decide which is worse: bandaids on 2 fingers or the Lady Gaga stuck in my head.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Am late for work. I had to prep the house for the photographer and I fell asleep last night. Ugh. Well at least it looks good now.

Mac is back to school today. Thank the heavens.
