There are great flowers in KC right now. Everything just popped, and it's wonderful! Dogwoods, redbuds, tulip tress, forsythia, and all of the daffodils, tulips, crocuses...
It's really pretty. It's supposed to be sunny and about 72 on Friday. YAY.

True, but that's in the context of the stimulus bill as in why-is-this-unrelated-thing-getting-put-in-there. The thrust of the objection is all about abortion. The title is: "No Shame: Expanded Taxpayer Funding of Abortion Industry Tucked Away Inside Dems' New Health Care Law". I don't think Boehner would come out in opposition to contraception on it's own and take the stand that no federal dollars should be spent on contraception.
