Weather advisory for everyone whose weather comes through Utah first: There was 4 inches of snow yesterday. Tonight we're having a major snow storm. Spring skiing in Utah is remarkably good this year. There may be more currently in the mountains than some eastern resorts got all year. Don't be surprised by what you might see in terms of weather in the next few days and re-consider what you might have outside.
Also, re: the license plate: who has physical possession of the plate? Because if it's current, it could still go on a car, no matter if the state computers say it was sold for scraps.
