Dawn: I think a date should be in a real fancy restaurant, then champagne at a night club with a floor show, then ballroom dancing. Joyce: Unfortunately, we're not dating in a movie from the thirties.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I will eat some sushi. Not the scary stuff.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

We were just discussing if you would be in town next weekend, meara! Barb too.

(I thought I would try to formulate a plan with only a few cats, instead of trying to herd many many cats)

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I have no idea how to rescue my dying lemon tree, and it makes me sad.

Have you tried feeding it coffee grounds? I'm trying to baby along a lemon sapling myself. Good drainage, iI am told, is the key.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

So what is everyone doing this weekend?

I've got to do a fast cleanup of my apartment tonight and then cooking up some chili, because we're working on our group project for school tomorrow. We're heading over to the library near my place and analyzing it for signage, flow, basically how it presents itself to the public ("library as place" as our teacher terms it), and then heading back to my apartment afterward to go over our notes and figure out how we're going to write up our paper.

Sunday is Easter dinner at Dad's, and then I have to work on my homework (ten interview questions for a library job based on what we've learned so far).

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

No cilantro, Allyson?

I couldn't find a planter made from Satan's bunghole, so no.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

David! And SFistsas. I don't know if it'll happen yet, but my boss is trying to get funding for me to come out to SF for a couple of days, probably mid-May.

“Not dead yet!”

We were just discussing if you would be in town next weekend, meara! Barb too.

::pouts::

I'm going to be in Texas next weekend! For a friend's wedding, which is extremely happy-making and it's Austin, which I'm excited about visiting, but I wanna visit with Dana and Perkins and have sushi with meara!

Miracleman needs to not just work on a transporter, but also a splitter, dammit.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

What should I have for lunch today?

Deep-fried skittles!
