Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

OMG, my hair is long enough that it's coming in red in two places. Off! Off with you!

I lit a frozen candle and a room temperature candle and neither of them dripped

Hmm. Are you going to still keep them in the freezer?

L&O has totally awakened feelings in me it's not going to satisfy in a timely fashion. Bastards. They better not cancel it before I get what I want.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Well, it wasn't the candles that live in the freezer, I just froze one of the candles that normally lives in a drawer, so it wasn't a completely fair test. But those were the materials at hand.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

OMG, my hair is long enough that it's coming in red in two places. Off! Off with you!

Get thee to a nunnery black barbershop!

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Ye gads it takes an hur to put the kids to bed. That's too long. Now it's the kitty's turn to snuggle.

ita, you still haven't found a barbershop? LA has got to have someplace where you can get a hair cut. What about Fox Hills or Baldwin Hills? Those neighborhoods are close to you.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I made an appointment on the Miracle Mile for tomorrow morning Burrell. I really don't want the feeling of buzzing clippers near my head right now, but I have to get it over with. I look like hell.

In the next long gap maybe I can find somewhere nearer. Or maybe the Miracle Mile just feels far.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I totally would have gone for Cinci chili! It was just the whole nearness to the convention hall craziness thing. The time before that we went for Graeters! I`m not a good test case though because I did grow up eating it, at least once I sauntered from north to central Ohio. I don`t remember having it by Lake Erie. That cuisine was all about the pierogies and gnocchi and spatzle mmm.

msbelle I`m glad you got to celebrate.

Don't worry, Miracle Mile isn't far. And the Farmers Market is nearby. That's bonus.
