Timelies all!
Happy Birthday Allyson!
Got my ears pierced the first time when I was 8. I think it was at a jewelry store. (The only thing I remember about it was that I wasn't able to wear these neat clip-on earrings with my Purim costume because I had just gotten the piercings)
Second set was done when I was 35, in a Claire's.
Jesse- Do they stop being all like, "I needed to dress up, so I chose some slacks that I hardly ever wear, and a blouse that buttoned to my collarbone, to cover any marks..."

Not really. Although sometimes she changes out of her white polo shirt uniform and into a slinky dress.
Sophia, my kitchen is totally disparagable, no need to apologise on my account! Previous owner redid it in the 80s and it is pretty bad, but I kind of love the kitchiness in a perverse way. And it's functionally pretty good, so it can look just as bad as it wants. If I someday redo it, believe me, the oak will all go.
I really like True Blood but I am having trouble remembering if it starts off really good or eventually sucks you in. I think it started off well, but I'm not sure.
I got all out of order on the books and stopped reading because I was confused about what I'd already read and what I hadn't. I need to sort that out so I can finish them off once and for all.
I aso think that part of my problem with the Sookie STackhouse books is that I kept wanting it to star Sookie from Gilmore Girls instead.
I might hear her voice when I'm reading.
THAT's why I thought she was heavy!
:headdesk:
My Dad want's to know why I would fan a page on Facebook titled "Intelligent, classy, well-educated women who say "F*ck" a lot."
Yes, I'm fortyla;lkereaw years old.
Actually the question was phrased, "your mother wants to know why you would join a group of intelligent women that say [complete silence] a lot?"
Me: Because it was funny?
