Oh, I get it. You just don't like who did the rescuing, that's all. Wishin' I was your boyfriend what's-his-height. Oh wait, he's run off.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

I don't think I've ever had a flying dream. Now I want one.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I almost never remember any dreams.

A friend of mine was due to have a baby last Friday, so now every time I email her and she doesn't write back immediately, I hope she's having the baby! Eeee.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I almost never remember any dreams.

You look like this in your dreams (i.e., a sexy cowgirl with granny hair).

Or, I don't know, maybe young Babs with a gun.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Flying dreams are supposed to be linked to lucid dreaming. I was always totally in control of my flying, Superman-style. I used to be a pretty frequent lucid dreamer too. I could work my way out of a nightmare by thinking "Oh, hell no, this looks upsetting--tone change!" These days, most things that are theoretically nightmare fodder (like, say, my immediate family being killed) don't actually turn out that depressing.

Vengeance movie for ita! Don't tell the fam. I think they would take it the right way.

And I do have a few lucid dreams popping up here and there. But my dreams these days are so tightly tied to what's up top in my brain it's not even about my subconscious. That would be way too subtle.

"already on the kiss-cam with Karl Marx"-

I have a nickel allergy, too, but I also have gold and silver jewelry too(Entitlements people love this, btw...I guess Real Americans who can't take their rings off just, like, hack the finger off, too...they don't care if i'm mute) And my lucky bear claw necklace...must be, I haven't been attacked by a bear in the twelve years I had it)

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I never have flying dreams, but I lucid dream all the time. A lot of times when I have a particular costume problem (patterning or trying to find a solution to something unworkable) I can make myself dream about it and figure it out. But even in my regular dreams I tend to realize I am dreaming about halfway through when things cease to make sense.

Admittedly, the Big Valley had a surprising influence on my life.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I used to have night terrors when I was a kid - [link] - but unlike what they say here, I used to babble about what I was scared of and I'd also get up and pace around furiously. I never remembered them the next day, but they scared the shit out of my parents. One of the worst ones I was going on about "They're melting people down to make bullets!"

Seriously - Soylent Guns are people? And this is well before I did any drugs.

They only lasted about a year though.

hip deep in pie

I've come close to lucid dreaming, but most of the time when I realize it's a dream, I wake up.
