I know there was a minimum age I had to be to get my ears pierced, but I don't remember what it was. i think my mother got her ears pierced only a couple of years before I did, though, so it's not like I was dying to get it done forever before it was allowed.

Well, we're on the first time out of the day (she wants to wear a sleeveless summer shift, which I have vetoed as it's sunny but witch-tit-cold out, I offered the shift with a shirt underneath compromise, and she started screaming for Daddy and is now naked in her crib raging at the unfairness of it all).
