Or maybe you could just be Buffy, he'll see your amazing heart, and he'll fall in love with you.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

And have blood drawn.

Oh you won't pierce your ears, but you'll pierce your arms?

Because books.

Happy birthday, Allyson! With cake!

I sense picture hunting, provocateuse updating, and icon-making in my weekend, if my head allows.

If your head allows, I would love it. Unless you're not making an icon for me, and then I will pout.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

If I could get away with not having needles in my arms, I would be right there. But without it, they won't give me the good drugs, apparently. Blah "monitoring" blah blah "your health."

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Happy birthday, Allyson!

I know there was a minimum age I had to be to get my ears pierced, but I don't remember what it was. i think my mother got her ears pierced only a couple of years before I did, though, so it's not like I was dying to get it done forever before it was allowed.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Yes, msbelle, those are the right zips! But I really wouldn't be buying right now, so unless you are having fun, you don't have to look for me (although if you are, my dealbreaker is that I want a "vintage" kitchen.

Cute! That one is a walk to work one, too!

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Well, we're on the first time out of the day (she wants to wear a sleeveless summer shift, which I have vetoed as it's sunny but witch-tit-cold out, I offered the shift with a shirt underneath compromise, and she started screaming for Daddy and is now naked in her crib raging at the unfairness of it all). This is shaping up to be an un-fun morning.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Should I re-send stuff?

Let me check that inbox first. I have a ridiculously tiered and crazy email system, and sometimes checking is not the most thoroughly performed of tasks. There's an upside to having 30+ email addresses, but I'm not OCD enough, exactly.

Amy, you're definitely on the list.

The good list, not the Perkins-abandoned list.
