Librarian Warlord

Sparky and DH made an adorable little human, oh yes they did.

Thanks, everyone!

The doctor I saw in London on Sunday said I have a 50% chance of permanent hearing loss in my right ear due to this infection that just won't die.

Boo.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I've had airport security ask for Dylan's ID while I was carrying him in a sling. (Fortunately he has a passport, which we always carry when we travel, but still - ridic.)

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

The doctor I saw in London on Sunday said I have a 50% chance of permanent hearing loss in my right ear due to this infection that just won't die. I am trying desperately to see an actual ENT here and I haven't heard back from the three offices I've called. Sigh.

Oh, javachik, that's so sucky. I hope you get in to see someone soon and that you get the other 50%.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, man. The President as editor: [link]

Our wings are not tired.

Thanks. I did get an appointment, for April 13. And tomorrow morning I am dragging all of my meds to see my PCP and get her to at least check the infection and prescribe some more anti-inflammatories.

Trust my rage

Suzi, you might want to take his flight info with you to the airport. We had no trouble seeing Ellie off without a boarding pass, but it was a bit more difficult when we went to meet her. I think we had to check in with the airline, maybe? But that was two years ago so who knows now.

And I am lazy because I always plan to take the kids' birth certificates with me but rarely remember to do so. I definitely would though if we had different last names or appeared like we might not be biologically related.

I did have a woman from Continental tell me once that the don't ask for ID for children unless you are crossing an international border, but Jessica's story proves that isn't true.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

The first few hours of this day went pretty fast. The last two have slowed down interminably.

I can't believe I have another 3.5 hours to go. I may die.

Yay msbelle!

javachik, I hope your pcp can help. Sucks waiting to see the specialist when you are worried about something like that.

I would love to hear Michael Kors' commentary on those pants.
