The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

What? That's TROLL LOGIC.

Because books.

Troll logic indeed. They don't give you at *least* 24 hours?!

Heh. Things I am chanting today-- "My own washer/dryer, my own washer/dryer". "My own garage, my own garage" and "gas stove, gas stove".

I still do that. And pet them.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I should stay off of Facebook. I'm starting to hate people more than I usually do.

Kat, WTF? They don't hold your spot for one day???

I have money burning a hole in my PP account. I need to buy a cool t-shirt.

Well, she did say she'd appreciate a call back on the day of to let her know either way. And she left a message at all three numbers she has for us.

But yeah.

I'm sort of agog.

K was pissed, which is ironic because K is not convinced that the school is the right choice (commute, expense, etc). I don't know. The preschool woman said that she is pretty sure she'll have 2 openings because she has two families at the school already who are waiting to hear about kindergartens and she thinks they'll move on. But until then we are in limbo.

This makes it more compelling to register at the montessori closer to home that (1) has longer hours (2) has a not as nice site (3) will take Noah even if he never learns to not pee in his pants which seems like a possibility.

Also, have I mentioned that the IEP which is legally supposed to take place before Grace's bday on saturday has to be postponed because they have her birthday wrong in the system and she hasn't even been assessed yet. And they won't assess her until April 17th.

I'm kinda bordering on livid.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

I would be worried about what dealing with that preschool would be like in the future if that is how they treat incoming students and families.

Except, Theresa, I'm probably partially to blame. She asked for a call back and I took longer than she had anticipated.

Sigh.

I'm sort of in a bad bureaucracy-dealing place. I had to fill out the paperwork to fail 42 of my 120 students today.

Kat, UHG!

“Not dead yet!”

Oh Kat. You definitely need something soothing. Preferably with a kick to it.

Yeah. I hope not to fail all 42 of them, but I have to file paperwork (in triplicate! with carbon paper!) before I do fail any of them.
