Riley: Oh, yeah. Sorry 'bout last time. Heard I missed out on some fun. Xander: Oh yeah, fun was had. Also frolic, merriment and near-death hijinks.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I should try to figure out what the cubic feet of my current one is, because I know it is smaller than "normal" and it is just fine for us.

For a boy your size, maybe. But that won't always be the case. The fridge that sticks out from the counters has more room.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Aww, that's our old hospital. I can just picture the pooch walking in there.

The status is NOT quo.

To add to the earlier teachers don't get UI discussion, I don't know if it's the same for private and public, but I know that I wouldn't get them because we always work on a year to year contract. They just have to keep us around to the end of the contract. We aren't technically laid off; our contract just isn't renewed. We don't have a health care option apart from COBRA (which is prohibitively expensive) that I know of.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I resist the green on St Patrick's Day

I got threatened with being pinched today for not wearing green (I own none because it makes me look sickly), and I was all like, "Boundaries! DO NOT enact physical harm on me! Uncool!"

That's what I said, but what I was thinking was, "Seriously? In the OFFICE? Are you SEVEN?!?"

hip deep in pie

Aren't Canadian dollars still less than US dollars?

Right now, it's $.98 to your $1.00. But generally around $.90. It's shouldn't that divergent in price.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Burrell, my sister in nail polish! I'm also wearing Jade is the New Black ... I like the color but it was a pain to put on.

And truly - the thought of there being a Tino AND a Tina does bring up the horrifying thought that they might breed.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Oh Amy, I did leave that out. Iron Maiden. Yes, old school heavy metal. Both kids are into the music too, so this isn't just mom dragging the kids along. K-Bug has seen them a few times, even hooked her now-fiancee on them. CJ hasn't seen them play live, but keeps asking when they are playing in the U.S. and will they come to Colorado. The venue is less than 10 miles from our place. Woot!!!

I resist the green on St Patrick's Day anyway since I am 100% Irish and don't see any need to come over all temporary Irish on one day a year.

I'm wearing a green sweater today because I worried that I'd actually punch somebody if they pinched me.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I did not wear green today, but everyone at the cafe had some green. I felt odd, but not enough to make me change

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Liese, have we had the discussion about my dad being from Aztec?

bon, you may have a point, will have to wait until we are there and measure out, I think. That should make food real interesting for a few days. Or maybe if we do close in 2 weeks, I can measure then and go buy a fridge before the real move. Might ot hurt to get a used dorm room sized one. I can always keep it in my closetthe garage later.
