Inara: So, explain to me again why Zoe wasn't in the dress? Mal: Tactics, woman. Needed her in the back. 'Sides, those soft cotton dresses feel kinda nice. It's the whole... air-flow.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Black is the new green. I don't usually go head to toe black, because I'm all about black and a bright colour, but today just felt that way. I wish I'd done my nails black and had a black choker, in fact. Why don't I have a black choker? That doesn't seem right. I must have one.

Laura, that's awful about your son's car, but it's great that he's okay.

Barb, where's Perkins to set off FCM? I'm not so good at that, or I'd try.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Here are counter depth ones: [link]

I should try to figure out what the cubic feet of my current one is, because I know it is smaller than "normal" and it is just fine for us.

I have a smallish fridge and I think it's 18 cubic feet.

Because books.

I think Perkins is being eaten by work today. Last thing she said to me this morning was that her day had gone boom.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I already wore my green pants this week, and besides I'm still in my pyjamas, having not left the house yet. I resist the green on St Patrick's Day anyway since I am 100% Irish and don't see any need to come over all temporary Irish on one day a year.

... I suppose I could make soda bread.

Benedryl has knocked down the hives to merely blotchy, and of course knocked me out for three hours. I love that shit, but man.

This is the type I want...bottom is drawer freezer, top is a single door. [link]

Because books.

Barb, step away from Petfinder.

I have bright green toenails and green eyes. (Actual, not shadow.) That's as far as I went today, although I hear there is Irish sodabread in my future.

I'm thinking some Jameson's might be a good idea today, too.

I would kill for a bottom-freezer, so much more pratical.

“Not dead yet!”

In our old house, we had the freezer on bottom and two door fridge on top and OMG, did we love it. It was awesome from the standpoint of being able to get the largest pizza box or any large serving tray in the fridge without wrestling for room.

In this house I think we're going to have to replace the dishwasher. Also, the dryer, because it refuses to start up right away-- you have to keep spinning the knob and yanking at it to get it to connect, almost like you're starting a lawnmower.
