Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I'm not sure we can predict what he's going to say.

I predict he's gonna out himself as a furry....

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Two space heaters have been acquired and already are making a difference... although the day is supposed to get up to the low 60s. We'll still be glad to have them tonight. Next mission: Operation Electric Blanket, which Target had also sent back to the seasonal warehouse....

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Also. Rachel Maddow is a corporatist mouthpiece from their perspective? Seriously?

Well, she interviewed Geithner last night, and she didn't stab him through the heart with a letter opener while screaming, "Death to capitalism!" So I guess we can safely assume she's on the side of the corporate oligarchy.

They pay me in WOIMS

So I had another crappy therapy session this morning, and now I just feel damaged and fucked up and totally incapable of expression my emotions in a normal way. And now I'm at work.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Tina?

He has a partner now?!?!?

FUCK YOU TINO AND YOUR BITCHY GIRLFRIEND TOO!

ION - things at work are absolutely crumbling. 1 person leaving, unclear restructuring, still unclear process on shenanigans, fairly huge issues with lead vendor. Personally with all the movement, my hand may be forced to disclose my departure, as it is being proposed by some that I take on a larger role and learn some new systems. No way in hell am I learning new job responsibilities for 3.5 months.

And for my upstairs neighbors, who woke me up for the second night in a row (and by no means only the second time) at about 2:30 am. I was fed up and went and pounded on their door. And they were all "whaaaat? We're in bed! We already try to be quiet!" Fuckos. And then I was all anxious and couldn't fall back asleep and had creepy dreams about a bus crashing into my living room (on the third floor even in the dream!) and missing flights and so on
