So there is something I can do, besides scream like a woman?

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

There's a show on Discovery called "Who Framed Jesus?" Blurb: "The new suspects emerge in the death of Jesus."

The Illuminati! The Masons! Godless humanists! Black helicopters!

Enh. It's okay. He's in bed an hour later and it will take a us a while to move him back to his usual 7:00 bedtime. Unfortunately, he was still up at 5:00 AM.

I am heading to bed myself as I too don't quite understand DST.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Aw, bulldog!

David, it so hard to process. Like, I'm starting to understand body dismorphia. But I feel awesome.

Anyway though, I feel like I've basically settled into a general weight and size that my (healthy) body is comfortable with. I've been in about the same 5-8 pound range for about six months now and while I eat very differently than I used to, I in no way feel like I'm dieting or restricted.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

The only religious history shows I like watching in tv are PBS ones. The History Channel and Discovery shows tend to stick just with the Bible for source material, annoyingly enough. My favorite PBS shows were the Frontline four-hour doc on early Christianity called "From Jesus to Christ," which tends to get rerun at Christmas and Easter, and the Nova two-hour doc on early Jewish history (through the Babylonian captivity and the writing of the Torah) called "The Bible's Buried Secrets."

I almost bought Rose's at Target today. I did buy Angustura, which I understand there's a shortage of?

We used to take freezer gimlets in bottled water bottles to Expos games.

There's a show on Discovery called "Who Framed Jesus?" Blurb: "The new suspects emerge in the death of Jesus." Discovery Channel programs just keep getting weirder.

Um, what?

Also, that seems more apt for Court TV.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

while I eat very differently than I used to

How so? How did you eat before, and how do you eat now?

...if you don't mind me asking.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

It seems so wrong to have DST begin before the start of Spring - days are still shorter than nights! It's crazy!

It's also possible I'm old and stuck in my ways.

ION, I have a new desk set up at home. Today I bought an office chair and some shelves. So currently I have my MacBook Pro set up with an external monitor and very pretty USB Mac keyboard.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Even though it has the downside of being a Rose's gimlet (hush, bon), it has the upside of being an entire bottle of gimlet in your freezer.

Oooh, I love you, yet I hate you, ita!

Want. Gimlet. With fresh lime juice and a touch of simple syrup. Am salivating from thought.

Rock on, Matilda! Um, so to speak.

Because books.

brenda, the peacock print is the one I love! Just the print, though.

Watched Cadillac Records as part of my prep for The Losers. I'm psyched.

Whyfor, now? Man, I need to check on when The Losers is coming out.
