Angel: He is dead. Technically, he's undead. It's a zombie. Connor: What's a zombie? Angel: It's an undead thing. Connor: Like you? Angel: No, zombies are slow-moving, dimwitted things that crave human flesh. Connor: Like you. Angel: No! It's different. Trust me.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Times changes SUCK for toddlers who simply don't get it.

I was worried we'd have an issue with putting the baby down tonight, but he went right to sleep around "7:45." Yay!

Kat, according to my mom, I threw up every year when the time changed. Until I was ten. I did not throw up at any other time of the year.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I cleaned a bit more of my apartment. Still a mess, but I can see where there used to be stuff and there's now clear floor or table.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Kat, according to my mom, I threw up every year when the time changed. Until I was ten. I did not throw up at any other time of the year.

That's... kind of awesome.

This is less so.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

24 or 25 sounds about right - I think my first year at McGill I was below the cutoff and after that it was a lot easier to support myself without needing help from my folks.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

mac seemed not to even notice. I fear the lost hour of sleep will hit him tomorrow. I neglected to give him some medicine 2 nights in a row, but it isn't the one that should be taken everyday for consistency of dosage, so I think it is no big deal and may even be a good thing since it is the big gun rage controlling med and he has done fine without it for 2 nights.

and that thing I said before wrt bed, yeah, this time I really mean it. goodnight.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Peter Graves is dead.

Does anyone else remember Whiplash, in which Peter Graves is an American running a stagecoach business in frontier Australia?

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Speaking of meds, I took my Ambien a little bit ago, and started playing sudoku. Before the Ambien started to kick in, sudoku was just a number puzzle. And now that the drugs have kicked in (and, oh, they HAVE), sudoku has turned into a scenario where I have to chaperone and cat-herd a bunch of unruly adolescent numbers into their cabins at summer camp.

I have NO idea where that came from. And yet, 8 is an unruly bastard and I can never find where 6 went.
