I left work early today, got a haircut, had blood drawn, deep cleaned my bathroom - including chucking product I don't use, ran 2 loads of laundry, and got all the household garbage out. For dinner, we did a Papa Murphy's pizza.
I'm not planning on moving for at least 5 years. I hope. I love my apartment and it is in walking distance of both the middle and high school. Once CJ graduates - who knows.
I'm going to die in this house. I hate moving that much (and like this house that much.)
I'm scared I'm going to get a job that doesn't pay enough, and I'm going to have to move in September.
Thanks Dana! The first link you gave me worked eventually--I had to let it load for 20 minutes or so.
How far out does the consulting gig go?
Unclear. It's month to month until they hire.
msbelle, why so amped?
I'm having a parenting fail. I painted my nails while noah was still awake (mistake one). He wanted his painted to, so I did. The I remembered he still sucks his fingers, so I unpolished the two he sucks. But he still needs to rewash his hands before bed.
Sigh.
duh.
That's not a fail, that's a timing issue. He got his nail painted and gets to still suck his fingers. He calls it a win. He won't care if the other nails get mussed.
But it also mussed my nails which look like shit. Nails need to be an after-he-goes-to-bed deal.
Or I need to paint all of his nails with kid friendly polish.
I remember that crap. Was such a copout. But then, I wasn't 3. I don't think I knew about nail polish until elementary (neither my mom or any of my mom's hippy friends painted their nails. Cracks me up that I am all fake nails and makeup and daily heels and hairproduct girl now.)
