I'd love to not have the chestage issues I do, but not enough for surgery. I've never had major surgery, and would never choose it for anything other than health issues. Sagginess isn't a health issue for me. Just damned annoying and expensive to find support.

I don't think formal wear should look like underwear.
Actually, apply that to Miley's top, too, but the fact that it's too short is more of an issue for her. Even if she wanted to stand up, I don't think her dress could take it.

Christina's dress is causing the veins in her bosom to show. That's never a good look. If you click on all of the photos in that series, Rachel from Glee is there, but her dress is wearing her, instead of the other way around.
