I think it's usually more on the bottom of the breasts and less on the sides, but sorta.

Depends on what kind of implant and how the surgeon prefers to do them. They can either cut around the nipple and insert the implant there, or cut underneath.

Not that this what we are debating, but there is pretty much no way to keep that shape without netting, at least, so I am sure the netting there. Otherwise the whole thing would have to be so tight it would flatten the boobs.
