The thing I resented most about science experiments and science fairs as a kid was we never tested ANYTHING. It was all a rehash of what everyone always knew. But I kinda love Jesse's flammability thing. She is a smarty pants.
It rained last night. I wish it would rain the same way every night until June (not very hard, and for about an hour). But if that happened we wouldn't be in LA. We'd be in some tropical place.

poor mac always has a wrong hypothesis and then is really unhappy about it. He thought the metal would have the most static electricity and it had none. plastic bag was the big winner.

That's how you learn! Learning how try things and fail is a big part of the science ed at my org.
Liese, my family was okay. The twins were posting on facebook that afternoon. They were saying it was stressful but it felt like they were moving out.
One of my nieces has actually been nominated into the Naval Academy. I hope she gets it!

Good, I`m glad to hear it. Congrats to your niece! I am full of the gronk myself, as my body clock appears to have permanently reset itself to 4:30 as wakeup hour.
All week CJ and I have been horrible about waking up. I hear his alarm go off nice and early. Mine goes off soon after. I know I have a snooze button addiction, not sure what he does. But about a half hour later I wake up in a panic, wake him up, and we scamper about getting ready to head out to work/school.
My net connection has ground to terribly slow. I don't know what's up. Posting from my phone is faster.
Slept better last night. Dreamt about running SQL queries on TV shows. I have a big query to knock out this morning before training starts.
