Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I've just learnt (off internet--it happens, I hear) that France has been struck by a hurricane and about 60 people are dead and land is underwater. Has this not been making news outlets here?

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I heard about it on the news last night, I think.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I saw something about it on Sunday, but briefly.

I depend on you guys for my news, and feel failed. The European guys here are a bit freaked out.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I depend on you guys for my news, and feel failed.

I subscribe to a bazillion blog feeds, yet I wasn't alerted.

That makes me a sad panda technology consumer.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

oy people. day 2 of mac with the new babysitter is going well. I am just hanging out in the other room in case of mac freak out emergency. I am fixing painting mistakes. Did I tell you all that he just painted around the inside mounted wooden blinds in the windows? did not take them down. Even on the window where the inside area was painted mustard yellow?!?!? and because he did that and did a crappy job, there is now paint on the wooden blinds also. So since I took down the blinds down I also washed the windows - diiiiiiirrrrrrtttttyyyy.

oh, he also painted the aluminum window frame, but did not clean it first and only painted up to where the blinds hung down. I shit you not.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I think there were a couple of other natural disasters that might have shoved it off the front page?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Are you going to get any of your money back, msbelle?

The relative disaster-ness of natural disasters reminds me where I saw it, and something else we saw in the same local-news channel cycle: A list of people without power in New England that was like:
Maine: 10,000
New Hampshire: 7,800
Vermont: 32
My mother was like, maybe the Vermont people just need to flip the breaker??

No, it was so cheap, and he is my downstairs neighbor, so awkward.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

I heard something about the hurricane in France ... just a brief notice on the radio news.

ita, I once had a problem with someone snitching a fan from my office and never returning it. I ended up using a cable to attach it to my desk.

And Tom - go to the Batman thing.

I did see this:

ALEXANDRA HOROWITZ, "Bad Dog! Creating the Guilty Other in a Domestic Environment"

and thought, but isn't that what boyfriends are for? (or husbands, wives, kids, etc.)
