What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

we are still only allowed IE6

Same with us, but that's because ARISg 5.1 isn't compatible with higher versions. Once we upgrade ARIS, we can upgrade IE. The rest of the company upgraded a long time ago.

We're not officially allowed to use Firefox. Buuuuut here I am.

Really tragic, Zeppelin accident.

Sorry Gud. A waste of a perfectly good zeppelin.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

We're an IE6/XP company too

Same here, except for my department which uses Firefox & IE8 because our new strategic business partner (who built our new website) doesn't support IE6.

A waste of a perfectly good zeppelin.

Yeah, it was one of the special government stealth zeppelins they've been using to spy on enemies of the Tri-Lateral commission since 1953. That's why you didn't hear about it on the news.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Also, we still use VB6 for our biggest client. We use it to create DLLs that serve as an interface between their web servers and database server.

Right at this moment I hate VB6.

information libertarian

So, the worst case snow day scenario is happening. mr. flea is in the field, and I have to collect Dillo with my coworker who has no carseat (2 miles, remember people can't drive in snow here), then get to Casper's school, in theory by 12:30. Hahahaha. They announced at 11:15 they were closing public schools at 12:30. ARGH.

Happily my coworkers are AWESOME and covering everything.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

We're still running most of our databases on Lotus Notes 6.5.

The entire bottom half of my face is numb. I've got the novocaine shakes. FUN. I think I might nap.

brillig

we are still only allowed IE6 and sites are starting to not work

Huh, it's a good thing you don't need our tech support, because we wouldn't be able to do anything for you. We can use Firefox, but we've been on XP for ages with little problem. Some of us are going Win7, and we've all been very grateful not to have been using Vista. Some of our support tools only work in IE, and sometimes we have to tell clients to open things in IE. However, we sometimes have to have things opened in Firefox when their systems are just too muddled to function.
