I'm either a bad patriot or a faily sports fan, though, because I sort of want Canada to win simply because they didn't medal anywhere near the way they wanted to throughout the games.
Except for the fact that we have won the most gold medals of the games? And the most golds won by a host nation? And that if we win this game, we will have won the most gold medals won by any nation at the winter games?
Things have turned around in the last few days.
Oh! Someone told me they wanted to win, like, fifty, and had only won something like twenty-five. I have no clue. I usually only watch the figure skating, so.
Um. Go USA!
Ha! Funny x-post with Sue.
Good, Stephanie!
And, HA, you're adorkable Amy.

There was some panic after week one that we'd only won 7 medals, and were predicted to win 30. But we've come on strong the last 4 days.
I just really am enjoying watching the Olympic hockey games. I don't care who wins and I find myself rooting for both teams which is odd. I'm just lovin' the play.
I'm rooting for Canada. It means more to them.
Same here, quester. I'm only a little torn because one of my beloved Blues is on Team USA.
I don't know, I bet it means just as much to the players on both teams. They are in the gold medal game. Probably all of them are on the highs of their lives.
