We always remember Valentine's Day because it was my dad's birthday. I also like red and pink, flowers, chocolate, and nice dinners.
I plan on making a nice brunch here for us to celebrate. Have to find out the basketball schedule first. DH's team is now 24-0 on the season and in district finals. Another game tonight. I think it is 5 to go including state finals if we get there. I need to take the camera tonight. I took phone photos, but haven't uploaded them yet.
The boys are really incredible. We thought last night's game was going to be close because it was 3 points against this team last time. They have tightened up their game so much it was 50-13 at the end of the 3rd quarter and the clock ran the rest of the game. They don't stop the clock after there is a 35 point spread for fouls or anything. Their defense is rather effective.

I keep telling people I'm 37 and I won't be until June. Which isn't that far off really...
I do NOT Feel 37!!! I feel maybe 27 tops.
I live Valentine's Day. It does suck that SLNRLBF and I are so far about BUT we are going to spend time together in Second Life, there's a club doing a big Valentine's 40s US0 Themed party so we're going to go to that and get dressed up. We're also going to spend part of the day as Bride and Groom snails.

I feel like up 30's and not like 46.
I generally do nothing for DH on V-day. but then sometimes I do a lot. One year I got a bunch of the kid valentines -- signed them all and hid them all over. Including a bunch in his car. He often gets flowers, which is fun. But if there was nothing , I d be ok with that too.
Right now I would like a box of chocolate. But that has nothing to do with V-day , except that there are pictures and boxes of chocolate every where right now. If I was near a See's candy i would be getting dark chocolate cover candied ginger . Or caramels with sea salt.
