Saffron: You're a good man. Mal: You clearly haven't been talking to anyone else on this boat.

'Our Mrs. Reynolds'

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I'm pretty sure Nadine had the superstrength before the amnesia.

I couldn't remember, but I don't think she did. Cursory Googling seems to confirm my belief, given that she "gains" and "acquires" "newfound" superstrength.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

For you people who don't like salt and need it:

Man, that's like a four hour erection or people who drop weight when they're stressed -- I KNOW its misery for them, but its unfathomable to me.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I'm a bit worried the dentist will say this wisdom tooth needs to be removed. I'm trying to finish everything here before leaving for Thanksgiving so that I'll be OK if I need to take a few extra days off. (If I do need to get a tooth removed, I am definitely doing it in NJ where I won't be recovering alone.)

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Vasovagal episodes.

Okay, I cannot be the only one who keeps reading this as "vasovaginal" and having to do a double take.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I don't quite get that specific, but I do think "that sounds dirty" and have to reread every time.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Seska, congratulations! That is truly amazing. I am so happy for you and The Girl.

Anyhow, I'm under orders to stay hydrated and make sure I'm getting salt. That, and right now, get lots of rest. I can't believe I went to work for two days in a row like this... Argh.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

The customer care person wanted to know if I wanted to reorder.

The customer care person should take it up with the shipper. It's not your problem.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Yeah, I don't like sugar enough to be able to eat it to cover salt. But I am at least adding salt to savoury foods when cooking which is something I never did before.

The customer care person should take it up with the shipper.

And, of course, I thought, "I wonder which fandom is involved?"

I guess they're apparently anti-Calli/Chair OTP.
